HCCN is supported entirely by free-will offering and donations. Your support will allow us to provide free materials and services to cancer patients and their family members. HI is a 501(c)(3) organization and please make donations payable to CCHC with a designation for HI-Cancer Ministry at the memo section. Please mail your tax-deductible donation to HCCN, 211 Topaz St., Milpitas, CA 95035. If your employer has a Matching Gifts program, please provide a copy of the application form with your donation.
