HCCN is supported entirely by free-will offering and donations. Your support will allow us to provide free materials and services to cancer patients and their family members. HI is in the process of applying for its 501(c)(3) status. During this process, please make donations payable to CCHC with a designation for HI-Cancer Ministry at the memo section. Please mail your tax-deductible donation to HCCN, 211 Topaz St., Milpitas, CA 95035. If your employer has a Matching Gifts program, please provide a copy of the application form with your donation.
